Crawlspace Clean Out, Sanitizing & Vapor Barrier
- Clean Up & Debris Removal — remove ground debris and all of the existing vapor barrier from the crawlspace and away from home; grade the crawlspace, lift cables off the ground, secure ductwork to joists with straps and off the floor where possible (1,571 sq ft)
- Sanitizing / DSV Treatment — disinfectant, sanitize and virucide treatment performed by a third-party pest control company on the ground, applied after the existing vapor barrier is removed and before the new barrier is installed
- 10 mil White Vapor Barrier — measure on site and install 10 mil white vapor barrier with pier overlap, secured with crawlspace staples or wire pins (1,571 sq ft)
- Rodent Exclusion — Air Seal — interior crawlspace rodent foam air seal; every visible rodent entry point in the foundation perimeter walls sealed from the inside, plus the air-conditioning area and the vent area on the interior of the crawlspace

Terms & Conditions
Scope: crawlspace clean out with removal of the existing vapor barrier; DSV sanitizing treatment on the ground by a third-party pest control company; installation of a new 10 mil white vapor barrier; and an interior rodent foam air seal at the visible entry points.
Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project.
Not included: insulation; crawlspace door; general conditions; permits.
Validity: valid until September 23, 2026.
